Event Description:
Rod Johnson, archaeologist, will have a display of artifacts as well as demonstrate “flint knapping.” Goodhue County Historical Society will have a display table depicting history of Goodhue County. Jan Larson, herpetologist, will bring her turtles, snakes, alligator and assortment of reptiles and amphibians. Plus, Merchants Bank will donate treats for this event. All these events will be held on the Cannon Valley Trail at the Welch site from 11AM-2PM. The ENTIRE Cannon Valley Trail is open from Red Wing to Cannon Falls.
