Event Description:
The medical centers in Cannon Falls, Lake City and Red Wing all offer cardiac rehabilitation to help patients recover after suffering from a heart attack. The public is invited to an open house to meet the Cardiac Rehabilitation staff and receive heart healthy tips. There will be an opportunity to tour the facilities at each site. Staff will also offer risk factor screenings and assessments. Healthy refreshments will be served. Reservations are not required.
