Event Description:
The Red Wing Noontime Kiwanis Club and Red Wing Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a City Council Candidate Debate from Noon to 1:30PM, Thursday September 11 at the St. James Hotel.
The format will be similar to past debates: Candidates will have 2 minutes to introduce themselves, then provide 2-3 minute answers to a series of questions. There will be a moderator and a time keeper. The final 2 minutes will allow a summary or statement from the candidates. Lunch is $15 and reservations are required. September 25, there will be a Goodhue County Board Candidate Debate which will follow the same format.
