The Red Wing Arts Association in proud to present 2014 Concerts in the Park with Patchouli (folk music) beginning at 7PM. All Concerts in the Park will be held in the Central Park Bandshell. Alternate Location for Concerts in the Park (in case of inclement weather) First Lutheran Church, 615 West 5th Street (Corner of 5th Street & East Avenue).
