Event Description:
The C.A.R.E. Clinic will provide a Diabetic Specialty Night to the community on Thursday, September 26, from 5:30-7PM at the CARE Clinic, 1407 W. 4th Street, Red Wing. Services provided at the event will include: ophthalmology, podiatry, dental care, lab testing, medical care, diabetic nutrition and health education, flu shots, free diabetic testing supplies, free medication resources, and wellness opportunities in partnership with the YMCA. Please share news of this event with individuals you know who are uninsured, have a low income, and are living with diabetes.
