District 21 Candidate Forum—October 23—Noon—1PM—St. James Hotel
The Red Wing Noontime Kiwanis Club and Red Wing Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a District 21 Candidate Forum with Candidates Tim Kelly and Lynn Schoen.
The format will be similar to past forums this season. Candidates will have 2 minutes to introduce themselves, then provide 2-3 minute answers to a series of questions. There will be a moderator and a time keeper. The final 2 minutes will allow a summary statement from the candidates. Reservations are required. This event is free and open to the public. If you want a lunch provided by the St. James, the cost is $15 and reservations for lunch are required by October 16. There are no contests in the elections for Sheriff, County Attorney and School Board, so those forums have been cancelled.
