April 23 & April 24—Energy Therapy Techniques Course—8:30AM-6PM—A Level 1 Healing Touch class, part of the certification process through Healing Beyond Borders, is being offered at the Professional and Community Center (PCC), 1407 W. 4th Street, Red Wing. This 2 day course has been designed for those with a desire to learn more about energy therapy and healing techniques. Class registration is open to the public.
