Event Description:
An official Croquet Greensward is being prepared at Mississippi National Golf Links (MNGL) to be used Sunday afternoons and evenings during the months of June, July, August, and September. Jerry Borgen & Suzanne Blue are organizing this league. Anybody can play. It takes two players with two subs and roughly an hour to complete the game. An informational meeting explaining the rules will be held on Friday, June 1, at 6 PM at MNGL. Membership at MNGL is not required, but a $20 fee for the croquet season is required. Matches will take place at 3, 4 & 5 PM on Sunday afternoons starting June 10.  A sign-up sheet is available at MNGL on the bulletin board or call the Pro Shop at 651-388-1874 and ask for Jim Kanavas.
