Pre & Post Natal Specialty Group Fitness Class—10-11AM—Looking to maintain fitness levels and/or get back into shape now that your bundle has arrived? You will be exercising multiple muscle groups, using free weights, flexibility/balancing exercises, core strengthening moves and a relaxing stretch.
