Women Cents is pleased to announce their winter event “What is Cyberbullying And Why Do I Need to Know.” This free program will be held on Wednesday, February 23, at 7 PM in the Red Wing High School Hovda Auditorium. With the growing impact of technology and the escalation of cyberbulling, they were inspired to start a community-wide discussion on how to address this explosive problem. This program will be presented by recognized expert, Justin W. Patchin, Ph.D., co-author of “Bullying Beyond the Schoolyard: Presenting and Responding to Cyberbullying” and Co-Director of the Cyberbullying Research Center.
